Submit Application

Once you have submitted your application you will receive access to our New Agent Onboarding Orientation via email. Orientation is a self-paced video and takes on average 30 minutes to watch.


Register

Register For Opportunity

After watching orientation, you will have the instructions to register for the Arise platform. You must complete registration before having access to Customer Service Opportunities. This process should be completed within 24 hours of applying.


Certification

Certification Training

Once registation is completed, you will have the access to select your client and enroll in a certification program. During this step you will need to submit your background check fee. Once training is complete you will be able to begin servicing your client.
